Course Outline and Modules
Mindbody healing refers to the way our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours affect our health, and the therapies that use mindbody interactions to promote wellbeing.
Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine believed that health is a state of harmony that exists among mind, body, spirit, and the external environment. He said ‘The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well’ thus we all possess the power to heal ourselves, to some degree once we integrate and balance the mind, body, and spirit with our surroundings.

“I am lucky to find this course online. It was filled with new information regarding different topics I wasn’t aware of. English is my second language, however I found the material very clear and well organised. I honestly loved every module in this course and my tutor was very helpful. I am now more confident meeting clients and have a variety of healing tools to help them to a healthier lifestyle. I have implemented some of these tools on myself with positive experience.”

“What an excellent course! I want to thank you again so much for transforming all of your experience and skills into education. I hope this will not be the last study I do with you. I have loved every minute of the course. Each module has been relevant to all of my experiences both as a patient and a care provider. Each module represented a major phase of my own coping with a past health crisis. If anything, I personally will always see the program as an opportunity to more fully enter into all of the areas that make me well. I will eventually share this information. Your program flowed, the format felt natural and the instructions were clear and succinct. I never felt lost. Really, I nodded my head up and down most of the way through. Stellar instruction design and essential course material. Thank you.”

“I have so enjoyed doing the course as it has added some new and helpful skills to my existing ones. Many thanks for all your support and encouragement over the last two years. I have so appreciated your insights and feel they have given me both food for thought as well as highlighting those areas in my work experience that I can develop or that are in need of further exploration.”
Catriona
“The knowledge and quality of tutor feedback was excellent and the course was a great reminder of information I had gained over my many years in medicine. I like the guided imagery for self-healing and preparing a client for imagery gave me very specific ways to approach the client.”
