Advance your professional skills and support personal growth with our accredited CPD life coaching and wellbeing courses. Our modules cover holistic and spiritual life coaching, resilience and behavioural strategies, communication and social wellbeing, wellness, environmental wellbeing, psychological strategies, long-term conditions coaching, and mindful coaching. Each course provides practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and reflective practices to enhance emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, resilience, and professional coaching skills. Ideal for life coaches, wellness practitioners, and anyone seeking personal development and CPD-accredited training.
Many coaching bodies, including AC and UKIHCA, recommend 25–30 hours of CPD per year. Our modules make achieving this simple: purchase courses individually, complete them within four months, and receive personalized feedback and a CPD certificate from one of our tutors. Each module is £195 and includes a 30-minute 1:1 coaching session with Jo or a member of our team to help you apply your learning in practice.
For businesses or teams, modules can be purchased for each member, with the option to book an in-person or online workshop. Jo will lead group coaching, interactive discussions, and practical activities designed to encourage behavioural change, collaboration, and workplace wellbeing.

The tutors were supportive and engaging, their feedback boosted my confidence and offered plenty of valuable suggestions.
Highly recommend this diploma! Thank you for everything 🙂

The course materials are substantial, highly relevant and aligned with current societal/world challenges. The community of learners and instructors is very active, and you will benefit from support in your training journey.

Thorough course, teaching all the fundamentals of ethical wellness coaching, coaching models and other considerations. It was great to have the option of choice of additional modules to supplement the 3 main ones, adding to my knowledge and skill set.
Jo was always very helpful, friendly, supportive and responsive which also added to my positive experience. Highly recommend!

There was a great emphasis on developing and practising real coaching skills with real people, rather than theory alone like some courses out there.
There's great supervision and many CPD options after completion, so I know that I can continue to develop my skills and knowledge as my business grows.
I now have CMA membership and public liability insurance, and my coaching business is up and running.
I'd recommend Wellness Professionals At Work to anyone looking to train in wellness coaching.

My word, I am still buzzing. It is incredible how much you can learn in a relatively short amount of time.
It was intense, it was eye-opening, it was fun, it was tough, it was emotional but most of all, it was one of the best CPD courses I have ever done (and I have done loads...).
We learned the difference between coaching and counselling, we learned techniques to use in order to ask relevant questions, we learned a lot about what can hold us back from what we actually want to do, we learned about mindsets, we learned about change, we learned about Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, we learned about working with GOALS, we learned about building rapport and sooooo much more. We also coached each other whilst being observed and received honest feedback afterwards (that bit was rather nerve wracking).
You may wonder why I went onto this course. Many of my clients don't just come for the holistic therapy they booked in but also to find a safe and non-judgemental space to be able to talk. I feel a lot better equipped now and am more aware of how to react to certain situations.
It is highly likely I will carry on with more coaching training as right now I would certainly not call myself a life-coach (but I know that it seems a bit trendy to do so despite lack of training...).
I hope you can tell that I am very excited about the newly acquired skills to use for my clients but also for myself and my family.
Can you see why I am toying with the idea of doing more coaching training?
