Supporting Coaching Students in Business
At Wellness Professionals At Work, we want to be there for you after you have completed your course. Setting up as a coach is an exciting journey and one that will reap you huge rewards as well as helping those you work with too.
However, let’s be realistic here. Clients don’t just land at your feet and there are many elements of being self-employed that you will need to think about as well as the actual coaching itself.
Our Director Jo has set up her own business and has been self-employed since 2010. She has learnt much along the way. Her journey and seeing how many people you can support when you get it right is her motivation for ensuring she provides a safe space for Wellness Professionals at Work students to blossom and grow into successful coaches in today’s climate.
We run a monthly membership programme for our students and graduates.
Monthly Growth Calls
A space for you to share ideas, ask for advice, support peers, and discuss and debate with other coaches who understand you.
Expert Guest Speakers
Every month you will have the opportunity to hear from someone about an aspect of being self-employed. This ranges from finance management to how to use PR correctly. Our speakers are invited to have a Q and A slot where you can pose questions to them.
Quarterly Book Club
Staying on top of book trends and learning how to develop your own resources is a big part of being a coach.
